signature series Event by john hancock

Signature Series was all about creating a space for employees to share their big idea or personal experience on stage in front of 1,000+ fellow employees. We followed the journey of the 10 employees selected to participate, from their training with TED coaches, all the way to the big day. I was in charge of supporting the production of the live event as well as documenting the process before, during and after to produce supporting content. The event was broadcasted live throughout the company and additional content was promoted online.

Fun fact: this one is more of a humble brag…due to my contributions to this project, I was given the Global Star of Excellence Award by the company. We were supposed to have a fancy gala to celebrate…but then COVID happened.

Coin activation - San Francisco & LA

This activation was part of a fully integrated campaign to launch COIN, a conscious investing platform that allows people to make a difference with their money by creating personalized portfolios that align values with investments. If you care about gender equality or climate action, they will help you customize a portfolio to match you with companies that support those causes. The activation was complemented with social posts as well as engagement from 13 influencers. Take a look at how we simplified investing by using your values as a guide.

Fun fact: the jars to hold the coins weighted over 600 lbs. It took forever to move them between San Francisco and LA.

Boston Marathon - Patriots’ Day 2020

The 2020 Boston Marathon gets cancelled for the first time in its 124-year history. You get tasked with producing a new rush campaign to deliver a message of hope and unity. Within a week, minimal budget and following all COVID safety precautions. After a few phone calls and little sleep, you set a plan in motion. The result: a moving video that kept the spirit of Patriots’ Day alive. We also displayed a banner on our iconic John Hancock building and lit our historic weather beacon blue, to express our gratitude to frontline workers while encouraging other businesses to follow suit and turn Boston blue. Below, you will also see the original commercial that was scheduled to air if the 2020 Boston Marathon would have taken place.
